EASY-FLEX FLEXIBLE COUPLING |
Flexer Easy-flex flexible couplings are the simplest
type of rubber couplings available for driving almost
all types of machinery. The coupling consists of two
identical halves made of superior quality cast iron
and a rubber element having spider arms. Accommodates
misalignment, parallel/angular or in combination. Available
in a wide variety of sizes to cater for power ratings
of 0.03 kw to 22.41 kw at 100 rpm and a maximum bore
capacity of 100 m/m diameter.

COUPLING |
Simple and compact in design and construction, Flexer Pin-Bush Type Flexible couplings provide positive and resilient drive to protect the driving and/or driven machines against any major damage due to unavoidable misalignment, shock loads, torsional vibration, reversal of drive, settling of machine foundation and wear of bearings. The standard rubber couplings can cater for a transmission range of 1 HP (0.82 kw) to 335 HP (250 kw) at 100 rpm.

Flexer
Curved Tooth Flexible Gear couplings are unique of its
kind in the field on Mechanical Power Transmission. These
Gear Coupling have outstanding features like mechanical
flexibility and compensation of misalignment (Angular,
Parallel and axial) of the connected shafts. These can
be used extensively in the various industries like Rolling
Mills, Cranes, Cement Plants, Dredgers, Conveyors and
Elevetors, Rubber and Plastic Industries, Compressors,
Fans, Blowers and in many other industries. These Couplings
consist of two halves with external teeth having curved/crowned
shape and two outer sleeves with internal spur teeth.
Thus the Coupling ensures a greater flexibility because
of its well designed tooth profile which allows a maximum
area of contact between the external and internal teeth
under any mis-aligned condition. Special 'O' rings have
been provided at the end of the coupling hubs to prevent
any leakage of the lubricant and entry of dust inside
coupling. They are made of special Steels desired for
the purpose of efficient working and for better life. |

GRID TYPE FLEXIBLE COUPLING |
Flexer Grid type flexible couplings are used in almost
all type of industrial appliances. A complete coupling
consists of two hubs, grid spring & covers to protect
the spring. The Grid spring element is so designed that
it provides sufficient resiliency for variable flexibility
of a coupling and considerable damping properties making
the coupling for drives involving high shock loads.

'FLEXOFLEX' TYRE TYPE COUPLING |
Having all the desirable characteristics of an ideal flexible
coupling, our 'Flexoflex' couplings can cater upto 250
H P (187 kw) at 1440 rpm and suitable for a max shaft
dia of 100 m/m. 'Flexoflex' Coupling encounters various
drive irregularities like angular misalignment (4 max),
parallel misalignment (upto 3.3 m/m max) and end float
(upto 4.2 m/m max.) either singly or in any combination.
