V-GROOVED PULLEYS

Made from high quality Cast Iron Flexer Pulleys are machined to fine limit as per I.S. 3142 and statically balanced (wherever necessary). Available in an wide range of standard sizes to cater for almost all the drive applications. V-Grooved Pulleys can also be manufactured as per customer’s specifications.

Dual Duty Pulleys are equipped with ‘Easy-Grip’ taper bushes to achieve easy mounting and eliminate reboring of pulleys. Easy-Grip bushes accommodate a wide range of tolerance variations found in commercial shaftings. The construction of ‘Easy-Grip’ is such that even an unskilled worker can mount the pulleys on to the bushes just with the help of an Allen wrench.

The couplings consists of two identical helves made of superior quality cast Iron and a rubber element heaving spider arms. Accomodates misalignment, Parallel/angular or in combination. Available in a wide varity of sizes to cater for power ratings of 0.031 kw to 22.41 kw at 100 rmp and a max bore of 100 m/m dia.Items as per customer's specification may be arranged
